I am your go to, laid back, but will kick your a** trainer. I build trust and respect with my clients in a way that empowers and motivates them to reach their goals. I confidently answer questions and eliminate myths about health and fitness for my clients. Based on my clients’ goals, I create protocols that align with their lifestyle and personal preferences, allowing for flexibility as their own lives change. This creates sustainability and consistency so that my clients can enjoy the journey they are on and meet their goals in a holistic way.

Erin is a top rated Atlanta-based personal trainer who is well versed in many forms of movement, the foremost being dance as she has been a dancer for over 20 years. She also trains in martial arts; specifically judo, and works as a stunt performer in film and TV. Erin is a born mover and has hobbies including strength training, dance, rappelling, hiking, snowboarding, yoga, motorcycle riding and trying all kinds of new things! Erin's passion for mentoring people on a journey to their healthiest selves began in nutrition, specifically a plant-based lifestyle and through a curiosity of pushing the limits of what the human body can achieve. Erin danced professionally in Hollywood, CA upon graduating high school, started and directed her own dance company from 2019-2020. She has worked as a stunt performer on productions including CW’s Stargirl, Marvel’s Ironheart and Tyler Perry’s All the Queen’s Men. With a strong focus on science and nutrition, and fact-based evidence to supplement training, Erin aims to eliminate all the guesses, myths and misleading information surrounding health and fitness and train her clients to become the most boundless and vigorous versions of themselves.
