coming 2024
2024 is the year of doing it scared
Katie Wetzel of KTW MVMT and I are opening a gym studio to expand Group Strength & Conditioning classes, plus extend our service offerings for 1:1 personal training, prenatal and postpartum fitness, menopausal/50+ fitness classes, yoga, and dance.
This is a huge undertaking, and we're excited about the journey ahead.
Our mission is to create a space for female-identifying humans and caregivers to take time for themselves; to experience the power of movement and embodiment, and to come together as a community that can lean on, support, and motivate each other.
It's going to be a magical place.
Opening a gym is a giant venture, and we simply can't do it alone.
If you want to support our project, we're accepting donations to meet a portion of crowdsourced funding (Venmo @gain_atl or email erinmmcdev@gmail.com for other ways to support this project), any resources you may want to share, and good vibes.
Love, Erin & Katie
