Completely virtual, app-based program for the gym baddie who can do it herself. Take the thinking out of going to the gym. Follow along, lock in and let your body move. Programs range from 2-4 workouts per week, depending on ability level. One-time purchase for $150, including access to programs for 6 months.

    The pro of doing private personal training is goal setting and optimization. We first analyze and set goals for you and develop your training program from these goals. Whether it’s learning to love working out again, getting accountability, gaining muscle, or just taking out the guess-work, we work together to make you the healthiest, happiest you.

  • My passion is to improve your quality of life. There are not many things as fulfilling as impacting the lives of others and getting to share with them the process toward becoming their best self. It creates a bond and a friendship.

  • Self monitoring is a huge part of the process of changing your lifestyle. By monitoring your habits and routines we will optimize your life with sustainable changes to create a lasting lifestyle in which you feel your best. Sharing with your coach enables a level of accountability. You are counting on you just as much as you are counting on me. This creates friendship and loyalty.
